Shipping policy

ARTEC Performance strives to have fast turnaround time for processing/handling orders and always try our best to get the order to you ASAP. Orders will ship once payment has cleared, approximately 3 working days after payment has been processed. All orders are shipped out from Australia. 

Any and all import duties and taxes will be payable by the receiver at the time of import.

Items will usually be sent via DHL courier unless advised otherwise. 

Shipping costs globally are subsidised to an extent, however delivery to remote countries and areas may incur additional costs.

Note: There will be a delay in handling time during holiday periods and public holidays.

ARTEC Performance is not responsible for lost or damaged orders where a customers have changed the delivery instructions to authority to leave.
