Returns and Warranty Policy
1. Returns Policy
At ARTEC Performance, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our returns policy below to understand the conditions under which returns can be made.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Certain items, such as custom or special-order products, may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team via email at sales@artecperformance.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Await approval and further instructions for returning the product.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us at the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
- For products purchased from an authorised ARTEC dealer, please contact the particular dealer directly to initiate the returns process.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
2. Warranty Policy
At ARTEC Performance, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our standard warranty policy covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Limited lifetime Warranty
All ARTEC Case Stainless Exhaust Manifolds come with a limited lifetime warranty subject to the following conditions:
- The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable (proof of purchase will be required);
- Your product has a defect related to a production failure;
- You must have purchased the product directly from ARTEC or your local authorised reseller.
Products purchased from overseas resellers where there is an authorised reseller available locally to the customer will NOT be eligible for warranty (proof of purchase will be required to demonstrate the origin of purchase e.g. original invoice or order email);
- The product was installed in accordance with any relevant or applicable installation guidelines published by ARTEC;
- The manifold and turbocharger combination was installed with the appropriate flex joints and bracing in the dump pipe / exhaust system as to not place undue force or pressure on the manifold itself from engine movement;
- Exhaust manifolds installed using titanium studs and nuts WILL NOT BE COVERED under warranty.
The Limited Lifetime warranty does not cover the following:
- Fair wear and tear;
- Improper care, misuse or accidental damage to the product;
- Any damage caused from modification or alteration to the original product; and
- Any repair work by unauthorised third parties on the products voids any warranties.
- We do not take any responsibility for third party products, i.e., we will not reimburse any damage to other products used together with our products.
Our responsibility shall be limited to the replacement of the product only at our sole discretion. The cost of removing / installing parts associated with the replacement is not covered. Should no replacement product be available then we may award a refund - the amount to be the purchase amount.
This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem.
This warranty does not affect and is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under local Federal or State laws.
Customers are obliged to return the product back to us on request at their own cost for inspection, to validate if the product is eligible for a replacement under this policy.
Replacement
Should we deem your product's defect to be covered by the warranty, we will dispatch a new product to you within 30 days.
Warranty Claim Process
- Submit a Warranty Support Ticket using the online form. You will need your dated proof of purchase (such as a receipt), along with details of the issue, and photos of the product.
- Our team will assess the claim and provide instructions for next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
- If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective product.
Additional Notes
- Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise specified.
- Replacement parts or products provided under warranty will continue to be covered for the remaining warranty period of the original product.
- This version of the Returns and Warranty Policy available online takes precedence over any older versions, whether printed or digital.
